A Marathon is not something to be undertaken lightly. Running 26.2miles is a huge physical and mental challenge so really making your training specific and targeted makes absolute sense.
Remember breakfast is important as when you wake up your blood sugar levels are low as it would have been several hours since you last ate, therefore it is important to “break the fast” to fuel your body for the rest of the day.
